SUBJECT TO YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT, THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND OUTLIER GROUP WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Welcome to OutlierAdvisor.com ("Site"), a service operated by Outlier Group ("OutlierAdvisor," "we," "us," or "our"). OutlierAdvisor is a consumer education and lead generation platform that helps users understand financial topics and connects them with vetted fiduciary outlier advisor ("Advisor"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site and services ("Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. About Our Service

It’s Free: Users are not charged to submit a request through the Site.
No Obligation: You are not required to work with any advisor that contacts you.

2. About You

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are genuinely interested in speaking with a financial advisor.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to being contacted by matched Advisor by phone, email, and/or SMS.
You agree not to submit marketing, spam, or fraudulent requests through our Site.

3. Educational Purpose

OutlierAdvisor.com offers general financial information intended for educational purposes only. This content is not intended to be legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Advisor Matching

We connect users with Advisors who have opted into our platform. Advisors are matched based on user-submitted preferences and may pay marketing fees to participate. Advertising budgets may influence the order in which Advisors appear in match results. Advisors must meet basic vetting standards upon entry to our network, but we do not continuously monitor their ongoing compliance or performance.

We do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of any Advisor’s services, nor do we endorse or warrant any specific Advisor. You are responsible for evaluating any Advisor before engaging their services.

5. No Professional Services Rendered

Outlier Group is not a registered investment adviser and does not manage assets or provide personalized investment advice. Our Services are limited to education and facilitating introductions to independent Advisor.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree to use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Use the Site for marketing or recruiting purposes;
Use automated tools to harvest data;
Impersonate another individual;
Misrepresent your intentions or submit fraudulent information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site or Services will be accurate, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Advisor and Content Accuracy

Advisors are screened at the time of joining our platform but may update their profiles over time. We do not continuously verify Advisor data or claims. We are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate content provided by Advisors.

10. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may include advertisements or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services and do not endorse any third-party advertisers.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Site are the property of Outlier Group or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission.

12. Feedback

Any suggestions, comments, or ideas you submit to us become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outlier Group from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

All disputes related to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to trial by jury and to participate in class actions.

Details about your right to opt-out of arbitration and the arbitration procedures are outlined in Section 18 of this Agreement.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.

Advertiser Disclosure

Outlier Group ("Outlier Advisor") operates an electronic referral and lead generation platform through its website located at https://www.outlieradvisor.com ("Site"). The Site enables users ("Users") to access financial education and be matched with qualified financial professionals ("Advisors"), including registered investment advisers and other fiduciaries.

Outlier Advisor provides Users with one or more matched Advisors based on the information Users voluntarily submit through our online survey. Matches are determined using criteria such as asset level, geographic location, and willingness to work remotely, as well as Advisors' availability and stated service offerings. Outlier Advisor also considers an Advisor's marketing budget, and Advisors that pay more may appear more prominently in search results or receive more leads.

Users are under no obligation to work with any Advisor matched through our service. Outlier Advisor does not evaluate or endorse any specific Advisor, nor do we provide investment advice. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review the qualifications, disclosures, and services of any Advisor prior to engaging them.

Outlier Advisor charges Advisors a marketing or lead generation fee, which may be based on qualified lead delivery, flat monthly agreements, or other negotiated pricing structures. Advisors do not pay fees based on assets or transactions. Outlier Advisor is not a registered investment adviser and does not manage client accounts or hold customer assets.

Each matched Advisor is required to be properly licensed and in good standing with applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, FINRA, or state authorities). Users will receive access to each matched Advisor's Form ADV Part 2A, which outlines services, fees, and conflicts of interest. These documents are typically delivered via email and are also accessible on the public Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database.

Outlier Advisor may have partnerships with third-party platforms or publishers who promote or link to our service. In such cases, Outlier Advisor may compensate those partners based on User engagement or successful advisor matches.

There is no cost to Users to access or use the Outlier Advisor service.By using our service, you acknowledge receipt of:
